Thanks for the reply. Whilst appreciating your stance we must point out that we like your approach in general and have made very positive comment previously. We think that negative comment can be equally valid and also very useful. If you only want to see positive comment we think that is a bad thing for your business and will only lead to failure. We believe that if you ask for comment you should be prepared to accept both positive and negative if genuinely given. Having said that, we do really enjoy your product generally and look forward to more.
